Our Location

We are located in Glenpool on S. Yukon Avenue, just south of West 121st Street South and about a quarter mile west of Highway 75. From Highway 75, take the West 121st Street South exit and travel west to S. Yukon Avenue, then turn south. Coming from Tulsa or Jenks, take the Creek Turnpike (Highway 364) to Highway 75 and travel south to the 121st Street South exit.

Premier Rheumatology of Oklahoma is on the west side of S. Yukon Avenue, with patient parking directly in front of the entrance.
